Heads up NC Discount Propane savings group customers!
We are doing our best to process your orders and deliver our $1.97/gallon propane (the lowest rate in the state) to your customer-owned tanks as fast as possible, but we need to make you aware that delivery times are increasing due to high demand, severe cold, and Winter storms.
We usually deliver within 7 business days of your call or email, however propane companies and supply chains are now at peak demand and pressure for the year, and this combined with the snow and ice expected for much of North Carolina is slowing delivery rates!
In the last 48 hours, we have received several propane orders from our customers who report their tanks are under 20%! Please do not wait that long to place your propane orders, or you may run out before we get to you.
Please place your propane orders by contacting bill@ncdiscountpropane.com (preferred) or calling 919-263-9061 anytime your tank is under 60%, immediately if you fall below 40%, and never let your tank get below 20% in the Winter!
Please monitor your local weather and stay aware of low temperatures and Winter weather!
You also need to make sure that you have both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with battery backups, which will continue to protect you if the power goes out or the grid goes down again, like in 2022.
